GetHuman-294251: I waited ** minutes and never no answer. I have emailed ** times no answer. They sent me three of the same dresses. I only ordered one. I got one on a Monday, one on a Tuesday, and a third on a Wednesday. The third one receipt said it was a dress but actually a purse. They charged me for each dress and $** for shipping each. Now I have to pay to send it back. I'll be out at least $** for things I didn't order and they won't communicate back. Used to love Chadwicks, but something has happened to their customer service. Too bad, I won't deal with them ever again.
