~Judy: They charged my personal credit card instead of taking the monies out of an existing credit that I had on my account for items that I had returned. This has taken over * weeks to get this cleared up even tho they promised to call me back within *-* business days after they "investigated" what had happened. * weeks later and still no call... or credit. Not happy with the service at all. I've been transferred around several times. The ***-***-**** number deals ONLY with THEIR credit card issues!! Waste of time. I used the ***-***-**** number for Customer Service after getting that from one of their operators.
