GetHuman-115534: I have taken my family of * to Charley's and the service was average . But when I returned the following week to redeem my free sub card they refused. To accept the card saying the card was from a different store when I got the card there and punched by the same girl behind the register !! The location is St. Louis union station I feel like I'm getting ripped off for spending my money there I would like this resolved ASAP , regretfully mike raymer. My number is *** *** ****
