GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Charlotte Observer customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~NoPaperMan: Subscribed through Groupon *******...have yet to receive *st paper and my credit card was billed. Called Groupon **** and was told they could not help and that I'd need to contact the Observer directly. Did so and go someone at *** number who could barely speak English Was told she'd escalate to Finance Dept. Asked for direct phone to finance dept and was told they do not have. She could not tell me when I'd be contacted, nor when I'd receive the paper. Groupon would not refund. I'd been a subscriber to the Observer years ago and stopped due to too many issues with deliveries, etc., thought I'd try again, and this is the result. No wonder print papers are going under.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Charlotte Observer. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Charlotte Observer problem?
~NoPaperMan: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~NoPaperMan: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Charlotte Observer's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~NoPaperMan: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Charlotte Observer customers?
