~serious631: The wait to speak with a supervisor is untenable and the general customer service employees are obviously reading from a script. I ordered a package, never recieved it-yet, they thought I should file a police report and jump through hoops to get a refund for items that I never received. crazy. The best part came when I asked for corporate address, to write a letter, and was told that that information wasn't available to them.
