GetHuman-ctmccor: Charter disconnected my service without my permission or knowledge because someone else had called them and requested service at my address. They disconnected me and put the service in that person's name. I had a disconnect in for a future date with a reconnect at my address on that same future date. They ignored what I said and sent me to the local office. I am glad because now I know how good and efficient the local office is. I will always use real people in my community who care about me and give great customer service.
