~SHERLOCK: Charter quit ripping customers off: Stop trying to jam signals in order for customers to purchase your boxes* Stop sneaking in unnecessary charges on peoples bill* Stop poor quality service using old, used parts then charging to come out to fix them* Stop or have someone else take over. My rating for such lousy service is *** degrees below freezing point. Better Business Bureau and FCC get on the ball and fine this company. Customers check your bill, you're being ripped off.
