GetHuman-pvang32: Customer service is terrible. Called and spoke to someone in Billing who was not helpful in helping with my financial situation. Then spoke to someone in tech department since my wifi connection *****. He was rude and very condescending, asking me "Are you even listening?!" more than once to me. He walked through the steps very fast. Apparently this company needs better train their workers how to appropriately respond to customers and the issue at hand.
