GetHuman-352296: Do not like all the recordings,would be easier to email customer service.Also I have no idea where the person is,when they make appointments,apparently they have no idea what the tech's schedule is.Never show in time frame scheduled.I understand all systems break down but in our area,we have quite a few outages,seems as though companies have too much interest in * of new customers and cannot give great service and committment.I work in high volume sales,very demanding job.We just had wifi connected and has been very disappointing in tech's and billing charges for the service.Have been Charter customer for many years.
