~Jackson: It seemed like it was going really well at first, until they told me half through the phone call that I needed to call HP instead of them. I gave HP the serial number before they told me I had called the wrong number and gave me a new one which did not work. I called Charter back and they tried over and over again to give me the original number, which I had already called. After I got pulled around in circles for over three hours, much of which I was on hold, I finally gave up. The issue is still not resolved.

~Jackson: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
