GetHuman-396349: The worst customer service imaginable. The internet virtual assistant doesn't answer specific questions when your system has made a mistake. Then there are various different phone numbers to call all of which are automated and don't answer specific questions. When I finally got through the long series of automated questions that were irrelevant to my concern and the system was going to connect me to a real person, the number would ring and I would be disconnected. This happened SIX times! I have spent more than * hours attempting to get the service I need and even when I finally connected with a live person I couldn't get service because the account is in my husband's name. He's out of the country for a month. I explained that I expected service and would not wait a month but that made no difference. We have a dish on our home and will switch back to that service because your customer service is so unacceptable.
