GetHuman-293408: We are new customers--the initial hookup was partial and it took us more than one month to get Charter to get a technician out. After the *nd tech left we noticed he had taken one of the modems (hard wired)with him (even though * modems were ordered). Their central communication center has rude employees who work at being unhelpful. We are staying with them for a few months to see if there is improvement and then we'll try satellite. We do not recommend this company and if their were reasonable alternatives we would walk immediately.

GetHuman-293408: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
