GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/25/17?
GetHuman-danaweb: I make a purchase to Electric Fireplaces Direct and am going to return it. They are making a run-a-round of it. The guarantee states that if it is unsatisfactory and reported within ** days, as long as one has the original packaging the purchase price, minus shipping, will be refunded. The fireplace sounded like a machine gun and it was impossible to sleep. I have everything they requested and didn't want it to pass the two weeks. I received it ******** but am still waiting for more information from them. I can't get the same person that took my order to talk with. It is not damaged and works fine--if one can stand the noise. It is an AARP Chase Credit Card. Thank you.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Chase Credit Cards. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Chase Credit Cards problem?

GetHuman-danaweb: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
