~ZMan: called direct to Chase heaqdquarters in NYC and was connected to customer service person who really listened to my problem, briefly looked at my account record, told me there was no problem crediting $*** of late and bounce fees and * minutes later it was all taken care of! (that was after * failures with reps at the phone number shown on the credit card and * failure using email communication, all of whom said that NOTHING could be done)!
