GetHuman-244948: Chase should be shut down and nationalized. *As I am one of the minority, paying my mortgage online, Chase has treated me like ****--even failing to post electronic payments. I had evidence of the payment, yet I had to do all the work. Not until I contacted the OCC did they act. Stay away from these losers. FYI: My mortgage was originally with another company. I never opted for Chase. UGH
