~Anonymous: Hold time is estimated to be greater than ** minutes... ** minutes later... please hold and someone will be right with you.*If you can not handle calls to fix log in issue, turn this government account to someone that can respond. I'm sure this is not a free service and costs the government plenty. Too much for Chase, then get out and let a company that is capable handle the UCard call center and online help. I am surprised that the message does not say "we are sorry but based on the date of birth, your life expectancy is less than the current hold time.
