~ubiquitous_taco: I had to get the monthly payment in at **:** ET day it was due. Number on back of card is useless, this worked great! Rep was able to put payment in no problem

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ubiquitous_taco: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Chase's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ubiquitous_taco: For that I would say three out of five.
