GetHuman-263311: Representative had a thick accent and was difficult to understand. I asked several times to be transferred to disputes but was sent somewhere else. Every time I get transferred people ask me a host of questions. Then I get transferred to the wrong dept who asks another host of questions. GAH....just let me talk to the right dept from the start. They can ask me whatever they want if I get to ask them to help me afterwards, and they DO.

GetHuman-263311: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-263311: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Chase's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-263311: For that I would say one out of five.
