~Panther12: On Tuesday, January *, **** at approximately **** hours, my fianc**** and I decided we wanted milkshakes. We drove to the Checker's, located at **** West Sample Road Coral Springs, FL *****. We drove up to the menu and awaited an employee to come over the intercom. We waited for over a minute with no response and I mentioned to my fianc**** that they might be closed because it New Year's Day. My fianc**** proceeded to pull forward in attempt to leave, when I noticed an employee inside the establishment. As we drove up to the window, I observed the employee, wearing a blue shirt, unknown if a male or female with braids. As we were driving forward this individual signed with her*his hands indicating that we needed to reverse to go back to the menu in order to place our order. We got to the window and this individual, very rudely advised my fianc**** and I that they were "On a timer!" This person had no regard for us as customers and was certainly far from a "professional." *Once this

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Panther12: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Checkers's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Panther12: For that I would say two out of five.

~Panther12: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Checkers to know who you are.
