~amie: bought a salad from the ingleside location in Catonsville Maryland. Lid wasn't on salad properly, salad fell in my car floor which had just been vacuumed the day before. Spoke with owner to get reimbursed for the salad as well as the cost paid to have car vaccumed. I took pictures, owner refused to reimburse me and was very rude, in essence saying it was my fault.

~amie: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~amie: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Chick-fil-A's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~amie: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Chick-fil-A customers?
