~SUSAN: I AM TRYING TO CALL CHINA EASTERN CUSTOMER SERVICE SINCE THIS MORNING * AM UNTIL NOW **:** PM STILL NO ONE ANSWER MY PHONE.I DO NOT KNOW HOW CAN I DO ?WHY CHINA EASTERN'S SERVICE SO SO BAD.... I WILL NOT BUY THEIR TICKET AGAIN.
