GetHuman-336147: I waited for ** min on line unroll the machine try your call again later. China eastern has no customer service unless you are in the airport. If you need to make changes to you booking with China eastern you won't be able to contact them until you are physically at their counter. I usually do not wrote reviews on people but please take my advice DO NOT FLY CHINA EASTERN! It's just to risky if there are any type of emergencies. You just can't contact anyone. If you are flying international stick with the big carriers that's answer their phone.
