~PM: I had nothing but good to say about Nomorerack.com, and told MANY friends about it, until I tried to return some pajamas that were too small. They pajamas were $** and Christian said he would send me a return shipping label, HOWEVER, he told me they would deduct the shipping cost from my refund. The shipping was $**!! Almost as much as the item itself. I told him that was ridiculous and unacceptable. Then he said that I could just mail it on my own if I thought I could send it cheaper. Then I would get the full refund. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold to see what he could do. After he spoke with Leah, a supervisor, they did waive the shipping cost. I still would read VERY carefully before purchasing ANY clothing here.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Choxi. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Choxi problem?
~PM: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~PM: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Choxi's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~PM: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Choxi customers?
~PM: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Choxi to know who you are.
