GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Choxi customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~ErikaP: I signed up at the beginning of December and was supposed to be issued a $** credit since my friend referred me. The credit code did not work so I contacted customer service. After * weeks they "issued a credit", I went to make a purchase- no credit to be found. Contacted the customer rep back- another * weeks later- "new credit"... and of course, no credit. At this point I called the number (form my *th time) and requested to speak to a supervisor. The woman who could hardly mumble out a comprehensive English sentence put me on hold several times to finally tell me she issued a credit (which this time I could see on my account). Only to tell me that it MUST be used towards a purchase of $** or more. This was NEVER stated upon sign up or during ANY of my correspondence via email or phone during the month* I spent dealing with this joke of a company. I will certainly never be dealing with them again and will surely encourage my friends, family and strangers not to either. What a
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Choxi. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Choxi problem?
~ErikaP: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ErikaP: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Choxi's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ErikaP: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Choxi customers?
~ErikaP: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Choxi to know who you are.
