~upset mom: I was unsure if my order went threw. I emailed customer service and sent them a copy of my PayPal recipient. I was assured that they were working on my order. A week later I get an email from PayPal refunding my total amount. I called nomorerack customer service department. They were not helpful at all. I was very upset as I had made a ***.** order for my kids xmas. So now it's to late to reorder and I have to do all my shopping over again. All I was told was there was a glitch in there computer system and there was nothing they could do for me. I am still trying to find xmas gifts for my kids with the little money I have left. It will take paypal * to * days to refund my money. I will never never shop here again.
