~PISSEDOFFDAD: Ordered Nikon D**** on december *st ****. paid full amount and waited for ** days. I came to know that my order is cancelled and refund is being issued in next * days as supply issue of the product. Reality is that same item is now available at ***$ more and they don't want to keep their cyberday rates!!! (even order was paid in full). waste of my time, ruined vacation and pissed off my daughter...that is priceless.. I request all buyer to look somewhere else. This company is not doing business in good faith. They are just doing overbooking of products..STRONGLY URGE TO STAY AWAY FROM SUCH COMPANY SO THAT WE DON'T HAVE MANY OF THEM IN FUTURE. GOD BLESS AMERICA

~PISSEDOFFDAD: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Choxi's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~PISSEDOFFDAD: For that I would say five out of five.

~PISSEDOFFDAD: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Choxi to know who you are.
