~ojosdeoro61388: They're system is pretty bad. Some of my items were shipped to a completely different address that I did not authorize. I couldn't keep track of what happened to the rest of my items because i never received a tracking number for them via email and didn't receive word on why a couple of my items were delivered to an address I never heard of. I was initially only able to get through to them through e-mail which was frustrating because I had a complicated situation with multiple orders. When I did e-mail them trying to explain everything, the only explanation they had was that the holidays would make items take longer to ship and that anything ordered on or before Dec * would ship by Christmas. It's been almost a month and I've yet to receive the rest of my items. The rep was nice but couldn't refund shipping for inconvenience or for their error and could only tell me that the rest of the items were shipped. They credited $** to my nomorerack and couldn't credit to my credit card...nice

~ojosdeoro61388: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Choxi's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ojosdeoro61388: For that I would say five out of five.

~ojosdeoro61388: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Choxi to know who you are.
