If you push zero at every propmt you end up at a switchboard that can not assist you with anything vehiocle or dealership related and has to send you back to what you were trying to avoid in the first place. Pushing zero to by-pass the prompts is wasting your time. Just listen to the prompts and push the button for the department you need.
