GetHuman-faeina: Terrible
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/23/17?
GetHuman-faeina: Terrible case managers. Don't rely on them for updates or help. Star case (supposed to be very rare occurrences) opened and when they couldn't figure out what the issue was, they just returned it to me! Was forced to trade it in so I had a reliable car to drive, then they wouldn't reimburse me for any fixes that were made previously at the dealership to correct the issue (that didn't work) because "I no longer owned the car."

GetHuman-faeina: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman-faeina: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.

GetHuman-faeina: For that I would say three out of five.
