~FanelJ: I wish there was a way around not giving them a star! I purchased a new car in February that has been at the dealership more than I have driven the car. The issue is smoke comes through the air conditioning vents randomly and smells like the car is on fire. No one calls me back as directed by the CS department, Special Investigations Team or the STAR unit. No rental car has ever been offered while the car was down for repair and the dealership*CS have not been helpful at all.

~FanelJ: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~FanelJ: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Chrysler Group's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~FanelJ: For that I would say five out of five.
