GetHuman-299209: Thank You Network seems to be a partnership of mediocre companies like Citi, Buy.com and Best Buy. I've placed about ** Thank You Network orders since ****. Error rate was about **%: One order shipped incorrect item (I ordered scissors and received a name plate), and two orders arrived damaged. Both appeared to been damaged prior to shipment (as in the brick*mortar retailers pawned off defective merchandise on the internet customer). Taking care of issues takes weeks. I'm in the processing of closing my Citibank account and cashing out of Thank You Network so that I won't have to deal with either again. These guys are pathetic, stick with Amazon.
