~td: Citi Bank is HORRIBLE* My card had unauthorized use and has been recharged a second time for the charges even though customer service claims I have not. I have called every number I can think of with no help. I guess customer service can not add and subtract or look at credit card statements. Not to mention there is a federal law against charging for card numbers that were stolen. I guess I am going to have to take legal action. This is insane. Customer service is liking talking to a broken record. Same response everytime.
