She said she would remove my registration (my acct) immediately and that it would be removed from the site within **hrs (rated * of * for the delay to confirm.) I let her know that I would check back to confirm and offered some additional customer experience feedback regarding difficulty removing my info, unhelpful emails from customer care and finally lack of phone * for cust srvc on the site. She was patient and understanding and agreed to pass along my feedback to the company.**I feel good about the experience with Adil, but annoyed with Classmates that I had to take it this far to get help.
