~rainbowdoc: Only this phone * gave excellent service, quick answer by a human. Took me a month to get a phone *. I am angry about: *) "automatic renewal" buried in sign up info. Should email us and ask if we want to continue. *) "Memory Lane" appearing on my charge statement..I thought it was photos for my kids and did not fight the charge in **** or ****. *) Phone * on charge leads to a recording direncting me to web. Unable to access my account due to changed email address & lost password years ago. When I re-enrolled to free membership just to get on site, still no phone * for customer service & unsuccessful in contesting charge for my old Gold Membership from Help link that route. Very deceptive!
