GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Clickinks.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-belhuep: Clickinks is disgusting. I ordered a lot of ink for my new Epson XP****. The inks were not compatible with the printer—Epson is going to work hard to make sure of that. ClinkInks has you do their own version of voodoo to get your printer to recognize their ink cartridges. It includes turning off your computer and then re-installing each cartridge separately, turning the power off between cartridges. I did. No go. Then ClickInks tells you to phone them for more support. Again, no go—you'll be waiting until Jesus comes back. I will never order from Clickinks again.
