GetHuman21905: ClockParts is a scam. Would rate zero stars if possible. They charged me $** and never shipped the item. I called * times. The first two times they promised it was backordered and would get it in soon. The next three times I demanded a refund and each time it was promised, I would see it on my card shortly or it would arrive in the mail, the story changed each time. The last time I called they told me it was too late to receive a refund. I tried to dispute it with the credit card company who could not get ahold of anyone from the company. This company is a disgrace. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau and demanding my money, I have already wasted so much time on this, now it is for principal. Do not purchase from here.
