GetHuman-321519: The girl who answered my customer service call was absolutely rude and impatient. She asked me what was wrong with my bag and cut off my explanation before I was finished explaining why I had called. However, she offered to email me a ups label to return the damaged leather bag I had bought. She did not take the time to hear what was wrong with my bag.
