~JillyB: I have been waiting nearly a month for a refund on two items which were clearly returned and received back at the end of June. I have emailed * times and have had nothing but auto-response emails from Coast. I tried calling this number to be re-directed to the email as they can "answer customer queries quickly" this way! Obviously not. I am not at all happy as they are holding on to ***£** of my money!
