GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/30/17?
GetHuman-wrm: I bought a pair of soft leather & perforated driving mocks(loafers) last year at the summer's end-- that are more comfortable than slippers. Having owned a pair of Cole Hahn soft leather, perforated tie shoes decades ago --that I had the soles changed at least * times loved so much I nearly cried when I had to dispose of them on a Paris train-- I did not flinch at paying several hundred dollars for these shoes.*However, my heart hurt when I saw the holes in both shoes in the very front of the shoes below the toe space right where the leather meets the sole. This is especially bad considering that I have only been wearing them occasionally for the past month.*I love these shoes and would like a replacement pair if possible. Or, last ditch effort would be to have you repair these. Of course, having a replacement pair would be the better option for durability.*I appreciate your time and effort in resolving my beloved shoe issue!*Kind thanks,*Donna Middleton****-***-**********@***.com
