~Shannon Ewing: The manager, yes manager, kept interrupting me and would not listen to how I wanted to have the part shipped. In the end she took my cc number and charged me but refused to tell me when the part would ship and if it was being shipped overnight. I had to call back to get the information. Then the wrong part was shipped overnight despite the fact I had the part number and repeated it several times. When I called back on the wrong part Anita pretended she couldn't hear me and hung up on me! Never again.
