~Pissed in AZ: ***-***-**** was a dead line when calling from home and cell phone. Called from work line and was given the following number to cancel: ***-***-****.**Shady call all around. Almost refused to cancel account and when they did, they said it would take up to * weeks to cancel and would not remove credit card from records. They also would NOT provide a confirmation number of cancellation. Contacted bank and had credit card cancelled and reissued with new number due to my lack on confidence in them truly canceling my account.
