~Mccarthy: Been on hold over ** min just to be disconnected called back on holded ** mins talked to this guy he said that he will look in to my issue and call me back with in ** mins * hours later I had to call him back and he acked like he did not know who I was and then said he just came on shift @* pm *Jarvis is his name how many people are called Jarvis *Asked to speed with a manager after on hold for ** min waiting for her she said it is a billing problem *Billing problem is why my digital box keeps going out ???? *There is no customer service with comcast just the run A round *The only time you get fast And good costumer service is if you up Grade to a new package *From a Fed up Connecticut Customer

~Mccarthy: For that I would say three out of five.
