~fuckoffcomcast: Don't get Comcast. They overcharge and don't care about their customers at all. If you have any problems expect to be on hold indefinitely listening to the same message telling you to please hold because your call is very important to them but its total garbage. They don't care about you. They don't care about any problems you have. They lie to you telling you they fix your problem but they just brush it off and leave you having to call them back for the same issues over and over again. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. Do not go with Comcast unless you have no friends or no life or unless you love being on hold with machines every time you get a day off cuz from my own experience with them that's what it takes to deal with these crooks every time you call them.

~fuckoffcomcast: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~fuckoffcomcast: For that I would say one out of five.

~fuckoffcomcast: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
