~Carol: Every time you call about a billing problem you get different answers and they say it will be resolved and its not.You end up having to call and call again. they are so bad...I worked in CS for ** years, if I pulled half the stuff they do Id be out on my tush at every job. They stink and lie threw their teeth just to get you off the phone.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Comcast. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Comcast problem?
~Carol: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Carol: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Carol: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Comcast customers?
~Carol: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
