~Barbara Andreis : I am unable to speak to a human in the billing dept. I have been on auto pay with my visa bank of america card for years. I am never late or am I a DEADBEAT. Bank of America had a problem. Issued customers new numbers I gave your agent my new numbers and paid my bill. He never entered my numbers into auto pay Icame back from vacation to realise my bill to comcast is over due would **** to speak to someone in person and not put on hold like a DEADBEAT. Verizon sounds very appealing .
