~William McGhee: I had my phone service reconnected and they told me it would be back on at the end of that business day that was over * days ago I've been trying to call them and i keep getting disconnected. but i bet they want their money on time when its time for them to be paid. I'm paying for a service that I don't even have yet.

~William McGhee: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~William McGhee: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~William McGhee: For that I would say two out of five.
