~Bif5: I had called about bad WiFi coverage in my area, and getting new updated boxes since I pay the same amount of money everyone else does, if not more! The lady was super nice, and told me of an outage in my area. She said there was nothing she could do, but to "make it up go me" she would trade in my old boxes (DVR & normal HD box) for new updated ones, AND she would replace my HD box with a DVR box at no charge! I thanked her profusely, and even raved about her to her boss! The replacement boxes were ALL LIES!! NOTHING EVER CAME! DROP THEM!!
