GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Comcast customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-willroy: Comcast-xfinity ***** horrible customer service, they lie and tell you that someone will call you back, tell that your in a promotion and you gotta pay an early termination fee to end service,even though the person you talked to tells you there is no early termination fee and you can cancel services at any time, I was out service with cable on * of the * tvs for like ** days I changed out two boxes it fixed one tv but the other I changed out twice in the same day, they told me it was probably in my wiring and it could be from $**-$***, Comcast is a ******* joke the better business bureau should shut there crooked asses down and never let them operate in this country again, all they do is steal from there customers and lie to them along with sucky *** services and customer service is ridiculous. You can't even write a review about their sorry asses without picking one star and that's to much for this sorry *** company it needs to like minus also.**Will

GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-willroy: For that I would say four out of five.

GetHuman-willroy: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
