GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Comcast customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~cav0903: Incompetence, non-caring, song and dance call center. Round and round with no resolution. Was alerted by one of the many sales professionals(my ***) that I spoke to "never to make the *-*pm appointment. The field techs are hourly and do not like to work pass *. If you are lucky enough to get a contracted tech that works per job, they will show up. But those are few and far between. One service professional I spoke to for ** minutes only to tell me that she was in the department which handled business customers and I needed to call back in the morning. WHAT A FIASCO! *Is there anyone at this company that gives a ****...? All these complains and no one is doing anything? COme on!

~cav0903: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~cav0903: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~cav0903: For that I would say five out of five.

~cav0903: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
