~Kennedy42: I waited for over an hour to be transferred to the comcast collections department for the midwest region. No one has a phone number and no can transfer you. It's sad, because I do this monthly but today it's a mystery to comcast as to how to contact their own collections dept.

~Kennedy42: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
